My Reasons For Change - Medical Transcriptionist Training

I am currently looking to enroll in a medical transcriptionist training program

. I have honestly said this for about three years, and now I would really like to make sure I make it happen. I am very interested in this career because of the ability to stay home. I am currently a stay at home mother of three and it would be wonderful to be able to continue staying home but also making money doing it. Daycare has become so expensive, and nearly takes up a month's income. I really enjoy being with my kids seeing all things a lot of parents miss. So, if I get into the program then I would be both a stay at home mother as well as a working mother. That would be an awesome accomplishment. I have worked in offices before and really enjoy being independent more than a group work place. This is another reason that I know I would enjoy working in this area.

Now as much as I enjoy being home I wish I worked as well so this is the perfect opportunity. I just want to be proud of myself for going to school. So many young parents never go back to school after high school and I have told myself I will never be like that and will succeed. In ten years I would like to be successful as a MT, doing well financially and still enjoying the work. I do not want to continue living paycheck to paycheck with what my husband makes. I want to have extra saved to do the things so many people wish that they can do. Be able to go on vacations and take my children places they want to go. To be honest I have receive food stamps, Medicaid, and WIC for the past four years, and I wish I didn't have to. SN:0TG9Y2ESY

My goal in the next two years is to be able to not use the state anymore. As much as it helps I want to get things on my own. My own car, my own house, and my own life with my family. Life is so amazing and so many people let it pass by without trying to be anything special in life. Now do not get me wrong I know medical transcription may not make me a millionaire but it will get me on my way. I could keep saying I will do it or want to but now is the time to really make it happen, so here I am trying about as hard as I know how. In order for me to tell my children they need to go to school then I also need to do it. My dad did not graduate high school but expected me to be a straight A student, at the time I could say he was a hypocrite, but you do feel good when you do well in school, and of course graduate. I really want to do this and will figure a way out as long as I make it happen NOW.
