I assure you that a lot more buyers are paying attention to the ads listed "by owner" because, right or wrong, they have the idea that a home will cost less that way. Buyers have developed a strong preference for looking at homes for sale by owner. So, you actually have an advantage over real estate professionals when you sell your home online.
