When I found out I was pregnant, I was so happy that I ran out my house to scream and let the whole world know I was having a baby
. I was overjoyed and couldnt wait to tell my family and friends but first I had to tell my husband which was very interesting.
Weve only been married a year and half, my husband made it clear he would like us to have our first child after 5 years of marriage. I didnt mind when I had our baby but he really wanted to be financially stable before starting our family.
To ease the news to my husband, I cooked us a lovely meal and set a very calm atmosphere in the house with candles and soft music. We sat down to eat and as he took a sip of his wine, I decided to tell him which wasnt a good idea as I ended being covered with the wine.
Few months into my pregnancy I found out I was having twins and my joy was doubled. This time when I told my husband I made sure there was no drinks involved and chose the safe option of saying it when we went to bed. He took the news very well to my surprise because he knew that we wont be having any more as we were having one boy and one girl.
Three years later, they have all grown up and become little monsters. Its their 3rd birthday in a week and I cant decide what to buy them. As I was searching online, I found a beautiful princess kitchen set for my daughter and a DAF model truck for my son. Ive placed the order and am hoping it comes before their birthday.
