My scoring secrets

In one of my articles you can find short review about Taylor Allan's Scoring Secrets. I am used that guide too. But as I mentioned in that article, I am not going to share tips pointed in an ebook. After I finished ebook, practiced a lot I found my own ways to improve my scoring ability. Here it is:

1. Before the game don't eat a lot. One hour before playing basketball I usually drink a glass of juice and eat some chocolate (it provides energy and ginger brain's work).

2. Don't go to play when you're tired and waned. It would be perfect to sleep or lay down for 20 minutes (Attention: no more, because if you will asleep or relax to much, then you body understands that it is rest time, after that phase it would be just harder to play in all strenght).

3. Improve your shoting skills. Before the game you can come earlier and make around 100 shots from different positions. Your wrist will warm up and will be more sensitive when generating the shooting power.

4. Keep your hands dry. Wet or damp hands just hold the ball too long and shoot would not be accurate and precise.

5. It would be very good if you have a teacher or friend who is good basketball player. Ask them to watch you from the side view and comment your mistakes in doing a shoot.

6. Study some books about the basketball and especialy shooting. Or you can watch some basketball games, but you need to watch it carefully and as well study shooting technique.

7. When do you have some free time, play with the ball. You can shoot, learn some dribling and other dummy moves. It will provide you the feeling of the ball.

8. Play as much as you can. Just practice will improve that kind of skills.

It aren't many tips, but it is simple to remember. Just try and you will be amazed how effective they are. Sure you need time, it isn't so fast as some people are subjected to think.
