Houston: +1
Jacksonville: -1

With Indianapolis and Tennessee distancing themselves in the AFC South race, there's no margin for error for either the Jaguars or Texans, who'll meet Sunday in Jacksonville.
The Jaguars enter this one as the favorites, and it's understandable why, as they're coming off a much needed bye week. A week before that, the Jaguars had their most dominating victory of the season, beating Dallas 35-17.
However, ultimately the play here is Houston. The Texans have struggled losing their last two, but if there's one thing they can do, it's score points in bunches. Houston is averaging 24 a game. Going against a Jaguars unit that is 30th in the NFL in scoring defense, the Texans offense could end this one early.
NFL Week 10 Picks: Houston +1
Minnesota Vikings (3-5 SU, 2-6 ATS) at Chicago Bears (5-3 SU, 3-4-1 ATS)
Sunday, November 14: 1:00 p.m., Fox, Live from Soldier Field, Chicago, IL
Betting Odds:
Minnesota: -1
Chicago: +1
Total: 40
A key NFC North matchup will go down at Soldier Field Sunday, when the Minnesota and Chicago will do battle. Which team should be your Week 10 Picks?
It seems like Minnesota is the play here, even on the road. They're coming off a staggering come from behind victory against Arizona, where the Vikings scored 14 points in the final four minutes to force overtime, before kicker Ryan Longwell sealed things in the extra period. Quarterback Brett Favre had one of the best games of his storied career last Sunday, throwing for 446 yards and two touchdowns. Going against a Bears pass defense that's allowed 225 yards per game through the air, Favre could have another big showing.
Take the Vikings.
NFL Week 10 Picks: Minnesota -1
New York Jets (6-2 SU, 5-3 ATS) at Cleveland Browns (3-5 SU, 4-4 ATS)

Let's start the NFL Week 10 Picks in Buffalo, where the woebegone Bills are still looking to become the last team in the NFL to get their first win of the season.
It's hard to blame the Bills, as they've played great the last three weeks, losing to both Baltimore and Kansas City in overtime, before falling to Chicago by three last weekend. Ryan Fitzpatrick continued his assault on NFL defenses, as the Buffalo quarterback threw for 299 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
As for Detroit, they enter the NFL Week 10 Picks off a disappointing Sunday of their own, where they fell to the Jets 23-20 in overtime. New York scored 10 points in the final three minutes, to force the extra period, where kicker Nick Folk iced the game with a 30-yard boot.
So who'll have the edge this weekend? We're calling for the upset in Buffalo.
It just seems like one of these weeks the Bills need to sneak out a victory, and going against a Lions team will likely be emotionally drained after last weekend, this seems like the right spot. Again, Buffalo has been playing well, and is due for a win. They'll get it Sunday.
NFL Week 10 Picks: Buffalo -3
Finally, let's head out to Cleveland, where the New York Jets will be facing off against their former coach Eric Mangini.
Although the Browns enter this one as an underdog, they are coming off the signature win of the Mangini era, a 34-14 victory over New England last Sunday. Everything that could go right did, as running back Peyton Hillis had a career day, rushing for 184 yards and two touchdowns.
However, don't expect a repeat this weekend. Cleveland will be going against a Jets defense that is much better than the one they gashed last Sunday, as New York is allowing just 87 rush yards per game, fourth in the NFL. That'll only put added pressure on Browns rookie quarterback Colt McCoy, which is bad news if you're backing Cleveland.
The last of the NFL Week 10 Picks is clear. Take the Jets on the road!
