Polymer clay isnt pure clay but is thus called owing to its texture. While usually used for arts and craft and by children, it can be used to create beautiful pieces of jewelry, even name necklaces (In Danish navne halskde). Read on to find out how you can design and create one for yourself. Use a certain metal like silver or gold as a base and use polymer to create your name.

First, decide on a design. Sketch out ideas on a piece of paper. Draw your design depicting different angles so you can get every detail right when crafting. Add details to your sketch like embellishments, engravings, beads and stones.
