Narrative Testimonial On Selling Gold Jewelry

I learned recently in my experience that to sell gold jewelry is unlike selling anything else. Over the course of my lifetime I have accumulated quite a bit of jewelry as gifts from family, old flings, trips overseas, and from my wonderful husband. While not all of this jewelry was real or made from genuine gold or silver, I knew that great deal of it was. My items were not particularly special in that the styles have changed over the years and they have also been scratched from use. I also did not feel very comfortable finding an individual buyer or posting them for sale on the internet. At first I was disheartened because I thought I wouldnt be able to get any money for my diamonds. We setup our lives in a more rural part of the country without a major metropolitan area so finding an online gold buyer for us was a great asset.

In my internet searches I was blown away by the number of results and companies out there offering the cash for gold service. I also knew from experience that their shipping carrier FedEx was the superior way to ship my jewelry to them. Two days after I packaged and shipped my rings, bracelets, chains, earrings and diamond jewelry off, I received two emails: one stating that the package was received and another a short while later stating that a quote was prepared. I logged onto the website, was confident in the amount they offered since I was able to roughly calculate this before sending my items off using the prices and cash for gold calculator they provided for me. Two days following this, I had cashed my check and was already sharing the happy news with my family and friends!
