And because much of our food is over processed, it takes more white blood cells to break the food down and digest. This means there are less white blood cells available to fight of causes of conditions like eczema.

Removing over processed food from your diet may not give you a complete natural cure for eczema, but by eating too much of these foods we are certainly hindering our bodies own ability to fight the problem itself.
