Natural Home Remedies for Excessive Sweating

For most people perspiration occurs naturally especially during exercise or in warm climates

. This is your body's natural way off cooling off. As the body temperature increases, liquid is secreted by the sweat glands, which rise to the skin surface. Mostly regular showering or bathing and using anti perspirant deodorant will help keep sweat to a minimum. Some people who sweat excessively can use some home remedies for excessive sweating instead of conventional products on the market.

It is not a good idea to totally eliminate sweat. Wearing synthetic fibers will keep sweat on the skin instead of allowing it to vaporize. Wearing natural fibers, helps sweat to vaporize which is healthier for your skin. You can remove the bacteria that cause body odor by using a loofah while showering or bathing. If the weather is hot or you are more active than normal then you should wash more regularly, applying baby powder or talc after carefully drying off.

Drinking plenty of water or other cool drinks will help keep your body temperature down. A glass of tomato juice a day for a week is said to help. After the first week reducing the amount to a glass every other day.

Coffee and alcohol encourage perspiration by lifting the body's temperature and should be avoided. It is also said that mixing two teaspoons of honey with equal amount of apple cider vinegar and taken before meals three times per day can help.

Spicy food should also be avoided as they too can make you sweat. Eating zinc enriched foods will help reduce perspirant odors. Included in these foods are turkey, nuts, and whole grains. Garlic and fish might preserve the odor.

Natural deodorants that aid in reducing excessive body odor are now on the market to buy. Usually, these can be found in health stores but can also be found in some supermarkets. Combining these natural remedies should aid in excessive sweating. I personally used a sweating home remedy by following an online guide that worked for me, and you can find out more about it at my website link below.
