Do not remember where you put an object, forgetting that appointment was so important for today's birthday or your partner can be very frustrating. Fortunately there are some tips you can follow to solve this problem while feeding your brain to stimulate the intellect.
Food for the neurons:
* Phosphorus - bluefish
* Potassium - chicken fat dairy products, apricots, oranges, bananas, cereals and nuts.
* Magnesium - artichoke, spinach, wheat germ and peanuts.
Glucose uptake * slow - lentils, chickpeas, fruit and whole grains
Energizing breakfast - 3 chopped dates, 3 chopped walnuts, 1 little fist of oats, 1 cup of milk, honey to taste. Mix ingredients and serve with 1 unpeeled apple.
