It can store the communication address books for different use. This can be used to maintain personal and company contact information. It is also possible to send group email to employees or a group of individuals using the NBL Contact.

Apart from the above features, it can also store all the employee details in a particular organization. This helps in maintaining organized data within the company. As when need arises the company can assess the employee strength of the organization. The details of the organization and its employees are available even to the minutest of detail without any gaps. They are maintained in the NBL Contact that way. Not only the organization but also minutest details of the divisions and branches if any are also taken care of by this software.

NBL Contact also helps take a database back up to be ready for any kind of eventualities that might arise at a later stage. This is to ensure that the data is not lost and the recent data that has been taken as a backup is available for retrieval during loss of the information due to unforeseen incidents.

The details can be saved in any format like pdf, xls, doc or rtf for easy understanding as required. The feature of user access control is enabled to provide maximum access authorization to the user.

The NBL Contact also checks periodically in the internet for any version updates and prompts the user of any version update that is available on the net for download. The version updates if done, can keep the software up to date with changes that suit the time.
