I had only gone in for a simple inspection but 30 days later I receive a card in the mail with a picture of a car that is the same make, model, and year as mine. The letter went on to say that I was in the shop recently and that if I needed tires I should stop by. What intrigued me about that was how personalized the card was. Not only did it have my name on the card, it also had a picture of a car identical to mine! So when I need tires who do you think I'll be visiting for that? Email marketing allows you to leverage the same power to personalize your campaigns.
