Neem and Karanj oils are good anti fungal, anti bacterial, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory. It has moisturizing, regenerative and restructuring properties, and is used to heal eczema, psoriasis, dry skin and dandruff. Pongam oil is given as stomachic and cholagogue. Other uses of neem oil remedies include AIDS, Allergies, Birth control, cancer, and diabities. External parasites like head lice and scabies.
Heart disease(Neem delays the coagulation of blood, calms erratic heart beats and help reduce elevated heart rates and high blood pressure, Herpes, Hepatitis(Neem hampers the virus that causes hepatitis B),insect repellent, malaria - An active ingredient in Neem leaves, called iodine A, is toxic to resistant strains of malaria, Psoriasis(It relieves the itching and pain while reducing the scale and redness of the patchy lesion), ==eriodontal disease control (Neem extract prevent tooth Decay and periodontal disease). Copper sops and their complexes have been derived from these non edible oils for the anti fungal study. Copper sops drived for Neem and Karanj oils, are green in color and their greenish brown complexes with ligand. 2 amino-6-methyl benzothiazole containg Nitrogen, and sulphur, Synthesized were characterized by the elemental analysisCopper sops drived for Neem and Karanj oils, are green in color and their greenish brown complexes with ligand. 2 amino-6-methyl benzothiazole containg Nitrogen, and sulphur, Synthesized were characterized by the elemental analysis.
IR and NMR of complexes suggest that the complexation has taken place successfully. From the analytical data the stoichiometry of the complexes has been observed to be 1:1. The fungi toxicities of the oils, sops and complexes of Neem & Karanj investigated. The result indicate that the strain of candida species is susceptible towards complexes of benzothiazole. The enhanced activity of complexes then soap could possibly be explain on the basis of presence of donor atoms N and S as well as the structure compativility with molecular nature of the toxic moiety. It is suggestive the candida species can be more susceptible with increase in concentration of cooper Neem & Cooper pongamia benzothiazole complexes complexes
