Network Marketing and MLM Recruiting

There is really only one way you will get better at network marketing and MLM recruiting and that is to get good at talking to people.

. Keep in mind at you speak with people that there are different personality types as you learn to speak to each personality type you will recruit more people into your MLM. Understanding that there are four main personalites and knowing each type of personality will allow you to be more effective and recruit more people into your MLM business

The first personality is the Yellow type.. They are the givers, they don't want to be sold and they don't want to experience your excitement about how great your opportunity is. They are more concerned about helping people than how much money they can make If you really want to build rapport with a yellow start talking about their families and their life.. When you show them how your business will help the people in their lives and the good of all people you will get them to respond postively to your opportunity. You should also point out how they can support others in creating a better life for themselves and their families. Yellow's are the types that want to teach and help others succeed.

Then there is the personality types who just wants to have fun. This would be your Blue personality types. It's not a large percentage but it does account for about 15% of the population. They are typically in some type of sales business already and if they are already in the MLM industry they have been in and out of many programs. They see the big picture pretty quickly and really don't need all the facts. Show the blues where the fun is and they will follow you. Relate the business in every way possible to having fun. Let them know much fun it is to work with your team and how much fun they will have as they build success in this business. This will allow them to sell themselves on the business,

The next personality type accounts for 35% of the population. This would be your green personality. These are your analytical people. They will analyze your network market opportunity to death. Greens love the facts. the facts of the comp plan the facts of the products and facts about everything about your company. Just be patient with them it's just the way they operate. If you want to sponsor 35% of the population give them the information. To sponsor a green you have to send them to the webinars, your websites and any other pertinent information you have about your opportunity. Don't be pushy with them. Keep a steady voice answer as many questions you can or send them to the place where they can find that information Always give them time to review the information and never rush them to make a decision. They will sell themselves if the facts add up for them.


The last personality are the Reds, Red's want to Money They are the smallest percentage of the population and only account for 15% of the population. They can care less about the fun, the family, they want to get tot the point and - talk about money and how much money they can make. That it!.

They are into selling and closing the deal and want to work with others who will do the same

They are to the point and want to get the job done. Your Reds are definitely not coachable. Sometimes they will have many that quit the business because they are so demanding. But Reds are very well connected, so they will know very influential people who may be good candidates for your business

When you understand all this and get out there and talk to these personality types and give them what they need. Understanding what they need to make a decision and give that to them. To do this you must really listen to people. The more you let them talk the more you will know what they need . Just be asking the right questions to be in control of the conversation


Also keep in mind that we are all a blend of colors depending on the situation. We do have a dominant personality trait but we are never just one color. You need to be flexible to deal with the different personality traits and develop rapport by relating to them in the way that they communicate and the way they see the world. This will enable you the quickly build a bond and in turn do much more MLM recruiting

Take the time to learn this skill and really get to know people, it will enable you to do more MLM recruiting and help you to have the ability to teach and inspire more people to be successful.
