New Acer Aspire netbook with 8-hours of Acer laptop battery life

Acer has introduced a new netbook device that's being powered by Intel Atom dual core processors and boasting eight hours of battery life.

The Taiwanese company describes its new Aspire One D255 as offering "the ultimate mobile experience" and reckons their new netbooks can offer consumers worldwide all the fun they'd every want from the portable computers.

You wont have to worry about your acer laptop battery running out, Acer insists and you can take advantage of the Graphics Media Accelerator technology from Intel that apparently affords the D225 "superb graphic performance".

Hard disks inside the new Acer netbook carry up to 250 gigabytes of capacity and can be taken online via ethernets, wi-fis or through 3G systems. "With a single charge you get up to eight hours of cable free power so you can email, chat, blog or surf as much as you want and get the most while you are on the go," said a statement from Acer.
