New Belvoir office to launch in Telford

Later this year husband and wife team Simon and Sally Bell will launch a new Belvoir office in Telford, Shropshire.

After many years of working for other people Simon and Sally decided to set up on their own and chose Belvoir as they already knew some of Belvoir's franchise owners and were impressed by the quality of support Belvoir could offer.

They also recognised that the lettings market was a growth business that was still growing even during a time of recession.

"We know other Belvoir franchise owners, in particular Adrian Walton from Belvoir Stafford, so that reinforced the integrity of the Belvoir business," says Simon. "Having met the team at Central Office, too, we believed it was a unique offer that Belvoir was proposing and we were extremely impressed by the high quality of support we would be getting.

"Setting up your own business can be a pretty lonely thing but we've got nearly 150 franchise owners with lots of experience, plus Central Office which, in itself, is a mastermind of support, knowledge and professionalism we're not on our own."

As part of their initiation into the business Simon and Sally attended Belvoir's three-week intensive training course held at the Central Office premises in Grantham.

"Belvoir's training is excellent," says Simon. "It challenges you but so it should. More importantly it prepares you for your future in a way that a lot of other businesses might not. Training gives you knowledge and knowledge gives you differentiation from the competition and that's really really important."

The couple are looking forward to launching Belvoir Telford later this year and intend to offer an excellent service so that they can become the local voice of the lettings industry in Telford.

"Our vision for the future is to provide a superior service and make sure that landlords and tenants in the area see Belvoir Telford as a highly professional business that can answer their individual problems," says Simon.

Before preparing for the launch of Belvoir Telford Simon worked in sales and marketing and Sally was a midwife.
