Our office casts for numeral films, television shows, and commercials. I am casting a feature film "Across the Universe", starring Evan Rachel Wood, and we were in search of new talent. I called New Faces and gave them a list of what we needed. They immediately emailed pictures of their talent and I was able to pick exactly what types I was looking for. They helped me to book many young men and women to work on the film. I have since recommended them to my colleagues who are also seeking new talent for their projects such as "Law & Order" and "The Sopranos". I found them to be friendly, attentive, thorough, and professional. I am looking forward to working with New Faces again.

No-one can guarantee success in the model/talent industry, but has been successful in bridging the gap between aspiring models/ talent and Industry Professionals.

Scouting

New Faces scouts for potential models and talent primarily in person. New Faces does not advertise in newspapers or magazines but scouts through venues such as talent events, malls and movie theaters, etc. Applications can also be submitted online and should be accompanied with a recent "snapshot." # Model/Talent Evaluation

In order to maintain the highest industry standards, all potential models and talent must be evaluated by a New Faces Development Director. A parent or legal guardian must accompany potential models and talent under the age of 21. At the interview, two forms of ID are required of potential models, talent and/or their parent/legal guardian. During the interview, a Development Director evaluates the models' or talents':

# Attitude and personality

# Ambitions, goals and expectations

# Appearance and marketability

Once evaluated, the Development Director will then suggest the appropriate marketing tools that will be needed for the model/talent's pursuit within the model and talent industry. However, New Faces reserves the right to choose not to work with a model/actor for any reason.

Development Services

New Faces develops potential models/talent by helping them put together the tools needed to market aspiring models/talent to industry professionals. New Faces utilizes skilled make-up artists and stylists as well as experienced photographers to supply quality, development services. Marketing tools, which may include headshots, composite cards and GIGACOMPS online composite cards, are tools that potential models and talent can acquire at.

Aspiring models and talent can obtain essential knowledge and guidance about the model and talent industry from New Faces staff such as styling/fashion consultations and referrals for convention preparation.
