The Yamaha motor bike company has planned to launch a latest model of motor bike is named as Yamaha FZ 1 in India. The Yamaha Motor has scheduled to release the Yamaha FZ 1 by the month of December 2010 in India. The Yamaha FZ 1 is very similar to the recently released Honda Motor bike CBR 1000R. The Yamaha FZ 1 is very powerful motor bike and it has the sporty look and also the performance is like sports bike. But the cost price of this motor bike is very less than the cost price of sports bike. The cost price of this motor bike is around Rupees 9 lakhs in India. The Yamaha FZ 1 has a powerful engine of 1000cc. The engine of this motor bike is equipped with the DOHC engine, 20 Valves and the 4 cylinder liquid cooling technology. The bore x stroke of this engine is 77.0 X 53.6mm and the ratio of compression is 11.5:1. This engine is transmitted by wet multi-plate clutch of 6 speeds. The ignition system of this motor bike is 32 bit ECU of Transistor Controlled. The final drive of this engine is equipped with the chain of O-ring. The chassis of Yamaha FZ 1 is very strong and also attractive. The front suspension of this motor bike is based on 43mm fully adjustable fork with 5.1-in travel and the rear one is adjustable preload of single shock with 5.1-in travel. The brake system of this motor bike is very impressive. The front brake of this motor bike is equipped with the double floating discs of 320mm with the callipers of 4 pistons. The rear brake is equipped with the disc of 245mm with single piston calliper. The measure of the front tyre is 120/70-ZR17 and the rear one is 190/50-ZR17. The dimension of Yamaha FZ 1 is 84.3 inches in length, 30.3 inches in width and 47.4 inches in Height. The seat height of this motor bike is 32.1 inches and the base of wheel is 57.5 inches. The Ground Clearance is 5.3 inches. Apart from these, the Yamaha FZ 1 has so many additional features that take it in the category of sports bike. It has half cowl designing with the impressive eye catching style, which provides the sporty look to this motor bike. It has digital speedometer, analogue tachometer, dual trip meter, odometer and lights for the high beam, neutral, turn signals and low fuel on its dashboard.
