Nfl Tickets - Falcons/saints Marks Biggest Game Of Week 3

Here's a look at the games to keep an eye on during the third week in the NFL.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins:

The Jets are coming off an enormous win at home against the Patriots -- a game that Mark Sanchez actually more than lived up to the tremendous hype surrounding him. With their running game starting to come together and Sanchez finding his receivers down the field, the Jets can be a dangerous team. The Dolphins haven't looked great, exactly, but still are 2-0 and just beat the Vikings in Minnesota in Week 2. This could be a battle between the two teams vying for the AFC East title.

Dallas Cowboys at Houston Texans:

This should be one of the most entertaining games of the weekend. The Cowboys desperately need a win and don't want to head into their bye week 0-3, and the Texans have looked very impressive in their two wins so far this season. When the Texans first came into the league, there was always the potential for a great intra-state rivalry between the Cowboys and the Texans. With the Texans finally headed in the right direction as a franchise, the rivalry could be here.

Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints:

The Falcons' season didn't get off to the start that many anticipated but they righted the ship in Week 2 against the Cardinals. Now they have to play a very tough Saints team in New Orleans, where not many teams have won the last couple of years. Still, the Falcons have one of the more complete offenses in the league as long as Michael Turner is in the starting lineup, and the Saints have a short week following a tough Monday Night win against the 49ers. The Saints should be able to win this one, but the Falcons have the talent to keep it close and maybe steal it.

Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears:

Along with the Tampa Bay Bucs, the Bears may be the most surprising 2-0 team in the league. It was hard to imagine them being able to beat the Cowboys in Dallas in Week 2, but they did exactly that. Jay Cutler has played as well as any quarterback in the league thus far in the season and the Bears are playing a style that can help sell tons of NFL tickets. On the other side, the Packers are one of the most explosive teams in the league and no one is very surprised that they've looked like one of the best teams after two weeks. Aaron Rodgers hasn't had to dominate to win a game yet but this could be the game that he firmly takes control. This one will also have the attention of the whole country as it's played on "Monday Night Football."

San Francisco 49ers at Kansas City Chiefs:

Even when the Chiefs are lousy, Arrowhead is a very tough place to play. Now it seems that the Chiefs are actually better than anticipated after winning two games to start the season. I'm still not sold on them as division contenders, but it's hard to argue with the success they've had thus far. The 49ers on the other hand were being touted as the probable NFC West division champs heading into the season, though they've started 0-2 and are close to desperation mode. On the bright side, quarterback Alex Smith did lead a very impressive late-game drive to tie the New Orleans Saints in Week 2, though the Saints pulled it out at the end of regulation. The Chiefs have a bevy of explosive playmakers and the 49ers are a team that can force them to play a very physical style of play. This one should be close.
