It prevents the constipations and has a great effect on regular bowel habit. The high amount of fibers at intestine retains the fluid and maintains the consistency of feces.

If you take dietary fiber in high amount it will delay the stomach emptying and initiates the hunger signal from stomach later. Delayed stomach emptying is a key point of extra fat reduction from body. It also increase the duration of food intake as it takes time in chewing.
3. Most of the favorite and popular foods are not contain enough fibers. The popular foods are usually rich of protein and fats. So, it may cause obesity or overweight and may reduce physical performance capability if anyone takes these foods regularly. It is a wiser decisions to intake more dietary fibers with the popular foods consumption.
4. Grains have a large amount of fibers in it and deliver most of the fibers in our diet. Dietary fibers belong from vegetable and plant sources of foods and we can't digest then because of the lack of the specific enzyme in our digestive system. The concentrated grain, vegetables are the main sources of dietary fibers.
5. Fibers are similarly important for the kids. Children, who are older than two years of age, have to consume the dietary fibers. Children above two years of age need the cereals, fruits in their daily diet.
6. One thing you have to remember that if anyone intake more fibers, he or she needs more water also. Because, for the movement of fibers in digestive system needs more water. About 8 or more glasses of water we need to drink daily with fiber rich foods.
7. The fibers are not cooked out in food preparation. During the cooking of vegetable and fruits don't try to cooked out the fibers, keep them as they stay. In fruits and vegetables the fibers are found not only in skin but also in the core of the fruits are rich of fibers.
8. How much dietary fiber we have to intake daily? Is it ok if anyone intake dietary fiber as much as she or he can consume. The answer of this question: As we know that, everything has a limit. We have to eat fiber in a required range of amount, not more or less of that. So, eat fibers in a limited range of amount. If anyone eats much fiber it will interfere with the absorption of other essential nutrients. Excess fiber intake may cause diarrhea. In case of some disease extra fiber intake is forbidden like in case of IBS.
You have to consume dietary fibers about 50 grams, not more than that. Fibers hinder the absorption of some important mineral also, if is taken in much amount.
9. It is not too much hard to get the exact amount of dietary fiber in your food preparation. For that you just eat the foods that rich of fibers, which will cover your need of dietary fibers. We can get enough dietary fiber if we consume the exact amount of grains, cereals, vegetable and fruits. The vegetable is the main source of dietary fibers. So, if we be aware about the fiber intake, it's easy to solve the problem

As we see fiber provide us the benefits from different purposes and it's easy to get .if anyone till now have to special concern about the fibers, which are taking enough or not, they have to be more concern about that.
