If you have no money then it is difficult to buy shares in a company let alone get a stake in some real estate. So the first thing you have to establish is what you want to do. You have to make an affirmation of what you want most in life. The hole is over 100 feet deep. Do you trust that the object you feel near you to be a rope? Or is the rope a serpent in disguise? Or will the rope break when you get near the top? Or will you get to the top only to thrown back down head-first this time?

Actually this happened to a man who was in Nepal near the turn of the twentieth century. The man decided to take the chance and grabbed hold of the rope that had been extended to him. It was his only hope. His desire to be set free was greater than his fears. And being in the town sewage he had more than one compelling reason to get out of the hole.

This is the secret to success. You need to have a compelling reason to change your circumstances before you will climb out of your hole.

So if you have no money and no real estate, it is not true that you have no chance. There are numerous ways you can buy real estate without money. If you can believe this, then you will find a way. Somebody will provide you a rope of hope and deliver you from your seeming hopelessness. Only if you truly believe, which means you must really want to change from having no money, no real estate, and giving yourself no chance, because, to be honest you can have it all.
