The number one reason people drink yogurt is they want to live a healthy lifestyle

. They want to lose weight, cure some digestion problems or simply feel good. Yogurt is able to do this because it is a probiotic. Meaning, it contains tons of good friendly bacteria, when consumed acts to prevent certain sicknesses and diseases and more importantly keeps your body healthy.

Yogurt is great. But there is another probiotic food that is more beneficial, cheaper and simply overall better than yogurt. And it's called Kefir.

Kefir is a fermented beverage made from Kefir grains and fresh raw milk from cows or goats. Kefir, although not as widely popular as yogurt, has been in existence for centuries. Providing long and healthy lifespans to people from all over the world. It is widely believed that Kefir originated from the Caucasus mountain region where it's miraculous health benefits slowly spread across Europe and the Middle East.
