of screening passengers before they are authorized to board an airplane over the last few years. With the newest screening being a lot more invasive than many people are willing to bear, it has become one more reason that flying commercially has largely lost its appeal for many business and corporate passengers.

A lot of business travelers and corporate travelers have been opting for a much less intrusive and a much more convenient way to fly. They have been scheduling flights with private carriers aboard private planes for their trips. There are many reasons why flying on a private jet surpasses commercial flights, not the least of which is the convenience and the much less restrictive nature of the effort.

To begin with, there are no lines to wait in, security checkpoints to make your way through and no crowds to speak of. The flight is developed for you the passenger, not a large group of people that happen to be traveling in the same general direction. Obviously, without the crowds and the rest of the people on the airplane, there is little need to be concerned about your own personal security. You travel at your leisure and at your convenience, not because there is a flight schedule to keep. You also have the freedom to take along what you will find necessary and what you want on this type of travel.

There is no asking you to dump out your coffee or squeeze out the shampoo that you bring along because it is too many ounces. These small annoyances, which are important when it comes to commercial travel, are not even a concern when flying on a private jet. This type of security is not necessary and what you get is the freedom to travel as you want, with whatever types of supplies that you need.

Of course you can do this traveling alone, but you are allowed to bring along a certain amount of passengers with you, depending on the size of the plane. These passengers will be your guests and the crew is there to serve them just as they are there to serve you. The flight is planned and executed to your needs and your desires. You can request special food and drinks, not having to survive on a little pack of pretzels and possibly a can of soda if you're lucky on a regular flight.
