An authentic passion culminated in an album and a tour. Naples and its musical tradition Noa are not simply songs but "mood". Tuesday evening at the Teatro Politeama of Catanzaro, in the event "Civilization is a woman" by Wanda Ferro and organized by Ruggero Pegna, Israeli singer, presenting "Noapolis", his new album, showed that there are no boundaries in music.
On stage with his friend, guitarist Gil Dor and, Neapolitans, Solis String Quartet, Noa gave birth to a concert of rar intensity and beauty. The perfection of classic runs finished runners-up and the elegance of arrangements of the musicians they put on display, if proof were needed, the magnitude of an artist who, while singing in Neapolitan dialect, it has moved away from its usual standard of interpretation. Not simple proofreading to conquer a new slice of the public, but a desired choice from time to reread those delicate frescoes have always been etched in the collective memory. Those incredible suggestions have been able to give the audience a unique warmth and a deep passion, an unconditional love for that repertoire.
Were the Solis String Quartet to open the concert with "Mozartango" incredible fusion between "Adagio and Fugue in c minor K 546 by Mozart and "Libertango" by Astor Piazzolla, who with his progressive gait has managed food waiting to listen the "Israel scugnizza".
