The annual Nokia World Congress will convene. It is said that the first Windows Phone "Nokia 800" collaborated with Microsoft will be officially launched at the conference. The product was originally planned to debut in the early of the next year. But with the declining of the performance, the share is rapidly eroded. Nokia has to advance the release.

From the point of view of the current development of the global WP system and the Nokia, this WP phone can only win the "bravado" in order to help Nokia get out of the quagmire. In other words, condemning is not a good result. Today, Nokia have bet all the treasure in the WP and it can not afford to lose.

When releasing the N9 using MeeGo system in the June of this year, Nokia's CEO Elop made it clear that this does not mean the company will re-use MeeGo operating system. Even if the N9 will be successful, it will be the last MeeGo phone of the company. Because of this, Nokia is very cautious on the official sales issue of N9. If the user accepts this model, but the MeeGo system which is lack of applications will make them feel boring. Then the impression of the next Nokia 800 is compromised. On the other hand, if consumers buy the N9, who will spend 5,000 yuan to buy the Nokia phone that has the same style?

Nokia's caution is necessary. To date, if the WP is not a hit phone, it will lose in the whole game. The analyst said that in recent years, the major cell phone brands unified all the intelligent products to one platform. For example, Motorola, Sony Ericsson have established Google's Android as the only operating system. As to Samsung, HTC and other brands, they are also focused on Android.

For Nokia, the company has made a choice to focus on Microsoft's WP platform. However the number of third-party applications is far behind Apple and Android.
