. The mobile supports both the 2G and 3G features. It was launched in June 2009 and available at the market from October 2009 onwards.

The mobile has physical dimensions of 114 x 58 x 10 mm, 65 cc in volume. it weighs some 128 grams in weight. Screen is of TFT type and can display 16 M colors at 320 x 240 pixel resolutions. The screen of the mobile is 2.36 inches in width.

Internal memory comes with 250 MB Storage capacity and 128 MB RAM. The memory of the phone can be expanded to 16 GB by means of external micro SD card. There is a five way scroll key in the mobile and it also have QWERTY keyboard.

The phone comes equipped with speaker phone and 3.5 mm audio Jack. Vibration, downloadable polyphonic, monophonic and MP3 ringtones all can be played in the handset. The Nokia E72 black has advanced connectivity softwares like GPRS, EDGE, 3G, and WLAN. It also has Bluetooth, infrared port and USB options.

The handset comes with primary camera of 5MP, it also has secondary camera for video calling. The mobile has an amazing range of features. This runs on the Symbian 9.3 version. SMS, MMS, e-mail and instant messaging can also be done. There also is the feature of HTML and WAP 2.0 for fast internet browsing. Visual as well as stereo radio is also there in the mobile phone.

Games can be downloaded in this device. GPS and Java is also being supported. Almost all the advanced features of multimedia are also supported in this series. The Nokia E72 black mobile use a Li-Po 1500 mAh battery and the battery can stand a talk time of 6 hours and standby time of 576 hours on 3G communication.
