Nokia X6 Vs Nokia N900 : X6 Not Far Behind

It is interesting here to compare the Nokia X6 mobile phone with the Nokia N900.

To begin with it may be pointed out that the Nokia N900 that is rated by some people as next only to a laptop is obviously the more expensive of the two. But does it give more features as value for money than the Nokia X6.

Looks like it doesn't most users agree that the X6 may be a sluggish mobile phone alright that is comparatively speaking. But all the same it does provide high resolution, touch screen, 5 mega pixels camera and it is not all that heavy when compared to other phones than Nokia ones.

The features that make up the much acclaimed Nokia N900 are 8oo x 460 px display resolution, 16 M colour display, TFT touch screen and the Qwerty keyboard. Now most of these are present in the X6 model as well. Only the display resolution is slightly lower at 340 x 640 px display resolution and only the TFT touch screen available with no Qwerty keyboard.

Usability-wise, vibrations are possible in both the phones. So are MP3 and Polyphonic ringtones.

Both the mobile phones are compatible with HSPDA 900, 1700 and 2100 and GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900. Camera Optics in both phones is from Carl Zeiss and both afford video recording as well as video telephony. The Flash is of Dual LED in both models as well

The Nokia N900 runs on Linux while the Nokia X6 operates on Symbian v9.4

The Blutooth technology offered is similar with both models and so is the Edge appliation.

Thus, we see that though priced low the Nokia X6 compares very well with the Nokia N900/.

Still when it comes to downloading of music, videos, etc the bigger and the more expensive phone scores well.
