I'm going to tell you something about your clutter habit that it's costing you that you never thought it was costing you.
This is going to shock you, but it's the truth.
You see clutter is disarray, is weight, my friend Lorie Marrero says it is psychic tentacles pulling you down. It's true. When you have a whole room full of clutter, full of stuff you never use or touch or look at; it's just there full up to the ceiling. Or a whole garage full of boxes....all the contents of that clutter is weighing you down.
You know what all that stuff is. You know what it is because you're the one who put it there. You're the one who filled up those boxes and made those stacks and piles, throwing the last one on the pile. And every one of those things is a weight on your shoulders. Every single thing is holding you down.
So what is it really costing you?
When I tell you this, you're gonna be blown away...and you're gonna say who the heck are you Clint Arthur to be telling me stuff like that. You're not my friend.
I'm not you're friend, but I hope that when I tell you this you're gonna think of me as you're best friend, because that's what I want to be, I really want to help you.
This issue of clearing clutter has been huge in my life, I never realized it till recently how important it is to me, that's why I started writing these articles.
Ultimately what all this clutter is costing you is your spirtuality. You want to have a better relationship with your higher power, get rid of the clutter.
In order for you to really, truly commune with your higher power, you have to clear the clutter. Because it's not just in the back bedroom, and it's not just in the garage, and it's not just in the closet or on your desk....it's in your mind. It's in every cell of your body.
If you really, really, want to have a better relationship with your higher power, spirit, God, whatever you want to call it...you have to clear all that clutter out of your way.
That clutter is keeping you from feeling peace. That clutter is keeping you from feeling sense of love, for yourself, by yourself. And if you don't love yourself, you're going to cut down on the amount of love you can take in from God, your higher power.
So if you really want to achieve deeper levels of spirituality and communion with your higher power, then you're gonna need to break your clutter habit. You're gonna need to go on a clutter diet, clearing your clutter, declutter your life, free yourself from clutter.
