2, The straw briquetting machine should be placed on the flat and dry hardened ground,use cement to fix;

3, Before starting the straw briquetting machine,first turn the pressure roller by hand,check whether the operation is flexible and normal,whether the pressure roller and mould have collision phenomenon,whether the rotor's turning direction is right,whether the briquetting machine's lubricating parts lubricate well.

4, After starting the straw briquetting machine,first idle 1-2 minutes,confirm no anomalies before feeding materials. The straw briquetting machine feed materials uniformly,if users find there are some phenomenon,such as noises,high temperature of the bearing and the body or spray materials outside,shut sown the machine and check immediately to removal of fault.

5, Before the straw briquetting machine work, worker should check carefully materials,to prevent the metal,stone and other hard objects enter into the compression chamber to cause the machine damage and other accidents.

6, The straw straw briquetting machine works for every 10 hours, fill lubricants on the pressure roller and main bearing.

7, After the straw briquetting machine works for 300 hours,clean up the pressure roller's bearing,exchange the pressure roller's lubricants; when filling the lubricants,fill 1/3 bearing's gap is good, maximum not exceed 1/2.

8, After the straw briquetting machine works for 1500 hours,clean up the pressure roller's bearing,exchange the pressure roller's lubricants; when filling the lubricants,fill 1/3 bearing's gap is good, maximum not exceed 1/2.

9, Stop feeding materials before stopping the straw briquetting machine,after the materials in the inner are cleaned up,cut off the power to stop. After stopping machine,clean up and maintenance.Belt models should be relax to prevent the belt damage in the long downtime.
