Strenuous activities should be avoided, for your eyes are probably get hurt in the process, so do the activities which would result in objects flying into eyes. Be careful when having a shower. Keep the water stream from hitting your eyes, and water drops and shampoo are not supposed to splash into eyes. Go out with sunglasses wearing on in order to avoid the sunlight and other strong light shining on eyes directly. As what as been emphasized above, don't let your eyes get too dry. Last but not the least and the most important, forbid to rub your eyes both when you are sleeping and when foreign bodies flying into eyes. Therefore, a special eye mask and sunglasses are necessary.
