There are three cycles as stated here

Kapha cycle is from 6 a.m to 10 a.m. and pitta cycle is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and vata cycle is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The second cycle runs as kapha 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. pitta from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. vata 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

These cycles are going to have a master control layman. God, the creator of universe, had made this special creation of man.

A person should wake up before 5:30 a.m. have his breakfast 8 a.m. He should complete his lunch before 1 p.m. and dinner before 8 p.m. One must go to bed.The second cycle runs as kapha 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. pitta from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. vata 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.
