Low performance in work and school - Alcoholics or people who are addicted to alcohol decreases performance in work and school settings. Poor work ethics, loss of concentration, failure to complete tasks, and absenteeism are typical among alcoholics.

Physical Manifestations - The physical signs or symptoms that an alcoholic would manifest include headache, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, dilated pupils, rapid heart beat, as well a sweating, gastrointestinal upset and general weakness.
