For example, you need not totally remove fats from your diet but just choose healthy fats like olive oil instead of animal fats.

It also means that you do not skip meals or starve yourself. You are not prevented from eating. In fact you are even advised to eat frequently but in small amounts. In between meals are recommended as long as you do not eat too much. Fruits and vegetables are also highly recommended in this type of diet. They are light and the same time rich in fiber. Fiber makes you feel full fast so you do not eat much. It also helps remove wastes in your body.
