Obesity is a medical condition in which our bogy accumulated excess fat having adverse effect on the health. It may lead you to catch dreadful diseases. A person is reported over weight by having extra muscles, bone, or water, as well as from having too much fat.

To be altered, the more obese a person is the more chances of receiving health suffocation as it effectively increases the risk of premature death, diabetes, stroke, cancers, heart disease, liver disease, breathing problems, arthritis and money other similar disease which you cannot imagine.
