Proper air conditioning and ventilation helps air circulate properly, this process can decrease probability of dizziness, nausea, headache and drowsiness.

Notice that majority of office spaces always have an air conditioner available. Knowingly or pretentiously known by the management, one of the reasons for this is to create that proper ventilation or air circulation for the employees. The mind, especially those involved in work activities, are said to be susceptible to many factors including ventilation to help it function better thus affecting performance. This has something to do with oxygen levels in the circulating air.

Changes in the temperature and humidity are acknowledged to have effects in the outcome of work, although, the effect is not as much of a factor as the salary and range of incentives. Ventilation is not the only element. In fact, there are many other influences that affect work efficiency. But it is proven that air conditioning installation is an underrated asset and plays a role to this effectiveness.
