Almunia also said that both the joint venture and three parent companies are full of technical and commercial skills and moreover have the capability of blocking future competitors in providing the assistance of their own mobile wallet services to the users in the United Kingdom market. In other words they can also humiliate the superiority of these rival mobile wallets for making them less attractive and popular. As the investigation process is going on but still the joint venture is very much confident that the results are in their favor which would result in creating a very good impact on the customers of UK.

The companies stated that the joint venture would create robust competition to the global players.
