One 24 Spill Over Effect

The One 24 spillover effect is a result its ingenious linear referral plan created in part by Mark Seyforth, and I believe it will be the new bench mark for all new network marketing companies to come. A term that is commonly used but very rarely ever realized by the average person joining any company of this nature is "Spillover". Spillover occurs when new people joining the company are placed in your downline as a result of your sponsor meeting the minimum first level sponsoring requirement. With a company that offers a matrix plan a first level sponsoring maximum could be 5, 3 or 2. This means any additional new members they refer will be placed on their second, third or next available open position on a lower level.

With companies that offer what is referred to as a binary plan the total number of people you must sponsor to meet a minimum requirement is only two. The idea here is that everyone should be able to find at least two members or customers which is a true statement. Any additional people you wish to sponsor is then placed in your downline organization which is divided into two separate groups or legs, called a "left and a right". Whether a "matrix or binary" all additional members or customers placed on a lower level (but not lower status) in your group is called spillover. Spillover simply means the effect of you gaining new members as a result of your sponsor or your sponsors sponsor placing extra people under you which helps add sales volume to you and everyone above you.

So spillover in the network marketing industry is the often oversold promise that you the new member will somehow benefit from a flood of new members added to your team, organization, leg or group. These new members come down as if by magic from high above. For those of you who have experienced or benefited from it, it truly can be a motivating factor in your multi level or home based opportunity. But don't count on it happening on an ongoing basis.

However this spillover effect is exactly what has everyone excited about in One 24. What makes 124 different is that unlike a 5,3 or 2 x matrix or binary plans is that Mark Seyforths' creation uses a "Linear or Vertical" plan. This means that the spillover occurs after only one person. The very next person is placed at the bottom of the line or leg or group which goes in one straight line "linear". Now you are paid in several other traditional network marketing ways but right from the start everyone gets paid a bonus and benefits from the spillover from the activity taking place above them. This is a huge motivating factor and has the biggest industry skeptics racing to pick up their telephone to share the news. That being that they finally found something that works as advertised and warrants serious consideration.
