One Woman's Experience With Natural Anxiety Relief
Natural anxiety relief is possible
Natural anxiety relief is possible. Perhaps you will be inspired by a story involving a woman who cured her anxiety without using prescription medications. A high stress job, family responsibilities, and the medical needs of aging parents caused unbearable stress for this woman, named Clara Jones. Clara's situation mirrors that of so many people today, perhaps even your own. Instead of reaching for prescription medications, Clara decided to address her anxiety with natural remedies. These included getting her blood work done, taking vitamins and minerals, adding amino acids to her diet, exercising at least thirty minutes each day, minimizing her use of caffeine, and getting more sleep.
First, Clara decided to go to her doctor and get some blood work done. The results of the tests indicated that Clara was deficient in some nutrients. Clara's doctor explained that the lack of nutrients could trigger feelings of anxiety. With this said, going for the blood work gave Clara motivation to treat her anxiety.
After finding out that she was deficient in key nutrients, Clara started consuming certain vitamins and minerals to take charge of her anxiety. Specifically, she consumed a profusion of B vitamins, including B3, folic acid, B6, B12, and thiamin. The B vitamins are known for their calming effects on people. Calcium, magnesium, zinc, and selenium are among the minerals that Clara consumed. It should be noted that magnesium aids both calcium and thiamin to work more efficiently.
In addition to what was already discussed, Clara consumed theanine, an amino acid found in green tea to cure her anxiety naturally. Theanine is said to be a natural cure for anxiety. Clara drank a cup of green tea each day, and she also consumed supplements of the amino acid.
In addition to what was discussed already, Clara also exercised 30 minutes or more each day. Activities like biking and walking cause dopamine to be released into the body. This release of dopamine will cause a sense of well-being in a person.
On top of taking certain vitamins and minerals and exercising more, Clara cut down on her caffeine intake. She went from drinking four to two cups of coffee each day. She decided on this course of action since ingesting too much caffeine is linked to higher levels of anxiety. In fact, drinking too much caffeine would make Clara jittery and nervous.
Last but not least, Clara decided to get more sleep in order to cure her anxiety. A lack of rest is a leading cause of anxiety in people. In order to sleep earlier at night, Clara used her time more productively during the day.
Clara Jones cured her anxiety naturally, and her story should encourage you to do the same. She accomplished this by going to get blood work done, consuming certain vitamins and minerals, making sure that theanine was a part of her diet, getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day, consuming less caffeine, and getting more rest.
