For most people getting the perfect looking legs is a long shot because they just

don't have the time to spend on something that only gets seen when they wear shorts or maybe a dress. For me muscle tone is obviously a little more important and for women toned and curvy legs is what they are after.

No matter who you are and what you are after there is only two exercises that you need to be doing and they are both regular and declined lunges and multi angled calve raises. I know you know what a calve raise and a regular lunge is but for the other two you may have some questions about. A multi angled calve raise is where you angle your feet at different angles both side to side and up and down so that you work out muscles you didn't even know you had.

Doing declined lunges work great because you find a short step normally around 4-6 inches high and you start on that with both feet and do a lunge stepping down off of it. This also works muscles you didn't even know you had and once you are done with a full session of these exercises you will know just how powerful these little know exercises are. Just remember one thing about doing these exercises, if you don't also add in some cardio to this exercise routine you could be doing this for a long time, so just do yourself a favor and add at least 10 minutes of cardio to each workout session.
