I can assure you leaders are not born, babies are born and leaders are made. To become a leader you must start by being an intelligent follower and student.

Always be learning and honing your skills. Remain positive at all times as no one wants to be around a negative minded person that whines, complains and lacks direction.

These attributes and qualities are primarily why a lot of people do not succeed in the Network Marketing Industry. Mainly because they bring the employee mindset and need to be told what to do constantly. There is hope however if you find yourself in this category. The main things you will need to do are as follows:

1.Set yourself clear written goals of what you want for your business and by when.

2.Commit to at least one hour of personal development everyday. This could be reading a book or listening to Audio.

3.Surround yourself with other successful people and study the way they talk and behave. This can be done by going to events and Networking.

4.Seek out someone who is in the Network Marketing industry who is having success and seek their advice and guidance.

5.Disassociate from negative thinking people and work on yourself constantly.

6.Learn Marketing skills and start interacting with people that are in the industry.

yourself to these points on a consistent basis will not only help you grow as a person but will make you more attractive to others. They will start to see you as a person of authority and that you have value to offer. The more you learn and grow the more you can educate and help others.
