1) Are you emotionally ready?
Your emotional state is a big factor in success or failure at dating both off

Step back from the excitement of beginning to date and ask yourself some
questions like why am I doing this,who am I looking for? and what is the
ideal conclusion - friendship,partnership,marriage?
If you can answer these basic questions and more, then you are tipping the
success percentage in your favor.
2) Be flexible!
When we start dating we all have this picture in our minds of the ideal person
that we want to meet,a checklist where all the boxes have to be ticked.(see

find your special someone you need to be as flexible as possible and that
means tearing up the checklist. To give yourself the maximum chance of
success throw away your biases and open up your mind,there are no ideal
dates only human beings with faults just like you!!
3) Be honest.
This is the number one tip,without you being totally honest in every way
you are not going to find a compatible partner or be successful at online
dating. Don't even think about taking a few years off your age in your profile
or doctoring your photo your fooling nobody but yourself. If you are serious
about finding friendship,a partner,your soul mate or even marriage then
honesty is the only policy anything else and you will fail!
4) Get the best profile photo you can.
We all now live in such a visual world where image seems to be everything.
So to give yourself the best possible chance of finding someone special
make sure that firstly you put a photo on your profile and secondly making
sure that its the very best you can do.If you don't have suitable picture then
even consider getting them done professionally,without a clear photo that
reflects who you really are then you limit your chance of success.
5) Make your profile standout!
To ensure maximum impact and success you must provide the best profile
that you can - this is essential. To be noticed by members of the opposite
sex all of your details must be entered in full and like I said at the start be
honest and be accurate. Don't be vague and try to appeal to everyone,you
can't,be yourself and describe exactly who you are and what you like and
dislike.The special someone you are seeking is out there and by describing
exactly who you are they will definitely be attracted to you.
