The most popular website at the moment is oDesk, they changed the way world works. In my opinion that is not just a made up slogan, they really did change it. But there are also other good websites for freelancers and companies to find workers. For elite workers and top prices Elance seems to be the best, for low cost freelancers, but also low performance people go to Freelancer. Other websites have proven to be trustworthy, like LimeExhange and ScriptLance and a few others.

So the question is which one to choose, which ones is the best online jobs marketplace online. It all depends on what you are looking for. If you want an optimum website that is good to companies and freelancers, oDesk is the best choice in my opinion. If you are a freelancer looking to start, you should try either Scriptlance or Freelancer. Companies that want to find the best of the best in the niche they are in should look on Elance and oDesk to find quality freelancers. It really all depends on what you are looking for.

My advice would be to create an account on each one of these if you are a freelancer, that way you will raise your chances of landing a good job. If you are a company looking to outsource I would suggest oDesk and Elance if you are not looking to save money on your freelancer, if you are looking to save money and find a freelancer with lower rates than Freelancer and Scriptlance should be your choice. But if you go for the second option you can't expect to get top notch quality, so don't say I didn't warn you. Choosing the right online jobs marketplace is crucial for online success, so choose wisely.
