Online Life Insurance Application At Insurance Kings

In an economic climate where life insurance sales are increasing

, people seeking to save time are now applying online according to Troy Rabaud, CEO of Insurance Kings. Mr Rabaud believes that the growing trend of people transacting and purchasing online will filter through to the financial sector especially the X and Y generations.

Mr Rabaud spoke at a seminar recently talking about financial products like life insurance and income protection and how purchasing these types of cover online will become main-stream in the future. Troy Rabaud along with Luke Peake and Nathan Lewis established Insurance Kings to take advantage of the growing trend. They have made it easier for customers to get the right insurance cover either online or over the phone quickly, shaving off up to four hours off administration time from some applications.

Mr Rabaud who has been in the life insurance industry for almost 10 years said, "Some clients are not always comfortable completing life insurance and income protection applications in front of an adviser as health questions can sometimes be embarrassing for the client".

That was the other reason why Mr Rabaud created the online business so that people didn't have to be embarrassed about talking to an adviser about health questions. "At the end of the day the clients just want enough cover to payout debts and maybe a bit more. They are generally not prepared for the invasive questions that have to be asked in the application process by an adviser".

He said "At least when applying online or over the phone you don't have the same embarrassment as you do when you have an adviser in your face asking you if you have ever engaged the services of a sex worker or engaged in male to male sexual intercourse or ever had sexually transmitted diseases".

He said most people were shocked to be asked questions such when completing a life insurance or income protection application with an adviser.
