Open Sales Of Tata Nano Is Extended Across The Country

, Tata Motors announced the open sales of its mini-combo, the Tata Nano in all of the remaining states of India. The car was made freely available in all of the 12 states in India. To further boost the sales of the car, the company has decided to come up with new initiative wherein buyers who were unable to book this two-box in 2009 will now be able to get the cars from 874 sales across the nation.

The company will give 4 years warranty or an equivalent of 60, 000 km warranty whichever of the two would come earlier at no extra cost. In addition to that, the buyers will also get to claim the running maintenance of the car.

The company's finance arm Tata Motors Finance that provides the financing for all of the products of Tata Motors have also thought of a special scheme for its product line up under which a customer can get up to 90% finance with selected documents in just a matter of 48 hours.

Moreover, the company of Tata Motors have also tied up with 28 banks and NBFC's to offer customers financial assistance so they would get to own their dream car which is Tata Nano at a nominal rate of interest. The studies on Tata Nano have also indicated that around 80% of the units of the said model bought by clients are fully satisfied from Tata Nano even if it is of small size saying that it is spacious enough and in good performance, durable and has great mileage to top the looks. The clients also say that it is very safe. The owners have enjoyed the ride of Tata Nano at high altitudes such as Khardungia.

The car is powered by 2-cylinder with 624 cc engine which is delivering 35 PS at 525o rpm and a torque of 48 Nm at 3, 000 rpm and has the top speed of 105 km/h. This was also tested at different altitudes. Tata Nano is also made of sheet metal body that is reinforced with passenger compartment, crumple zones, intrusion-resistant doors, mandatory seat belts and it also complies fully with the existing Indian safety standards.
