Open The Door To Change ... Or Else

Are you ready for the inevitable changes that are coming to the US economy? Those changes are comingand they are coming at lightening speed. You had better be prepared or else, you could find yourself not able to cope.

There is no doubt that change plays an important part in our everyday lives. Many things we do daily involve change. There are other things that we do periodically like changing outfits or hairstyles for instance, the latter especially for the ladies, that are not as often as daily but occur with some regularity.

When it comes to jobs and the way we earn a living, resistance to change can be strong. That is understandable when you consider that change involving how you earn a living can have far reaching consequences, including how and where you live.

The reality though is that how incomes were earned in the recent past is itself undergoing change. Those changes will have an effect on how we live our lives. With the work place there were ways of doing business. And there were ways we related to those jobs. Who would have thought that those relationships would undergo the strains that they do?

Usher in the computer, added to the internet, and there is the reason dramatic change. In this new scenario change is almost instant. Adapting to these changes today is for the individual who is nimble on his feet and in his mind. For instance, FaceBook was not in existence 20 years ago. Now if it were a country, it would be the third largest in the world, and it is still growing. How many centuries did it take the world to get to the same size of population as there are members in Face Book?

The world you know today will be very different in the next five, ten years. And how you earn a living today may have to be changed in the near future as industries change. Are you ready? Are you nimble of feet and mind?

Think about the things that have changed in your lifetime. In my family's last move we found boxes and boxes of blank 8 track tapes along with boxes of movies on 8 track tapes that had to be dumped. We did not even have the equipment to play those movies. In a previous move we discarded our vinyl records. I found an old paper ticket from a flight I had some years ago. Who gets those anymore?

I am no futurist. Far from it, but I can see, and I am sure you can too, that things are not what they used to be. Stop and take a look. Change is at your door, whether you open it or not, it is going to enter.

Change always has consequences, intended and unintended. The expectations that arise out of the change are the the intended consequences. It is very difficult however, to identify all the unintended consequences of change that comes in as quickly as those that take place today, and those that will occur in the years ahead.

There are some changes that will occur because of the economics of the country. When jobs that sustain the middle class disappear, the middle class could disappear. The jobs have gone. Those that are coming do not pay the same income. The previous owners of those jobs will most likely have take a job paying less or take actions that would put them in the drivers seat of their economic future. The latter is the silver lining in the economic cloud that results from the decisions made by business owners who are looking outside of the country for their employees.

Believing in Network Marketing at this time is a good thing. Changing. It will afford you the opportunity to help others see that they can pursue their own dreams. You can help them change how they think and prepare themselves to work on their dreams, their goals, their families.

There is always opportunity in every economy. However, those opportunities are only available to those who are ready to make a change from what they are used to being and doing. Circumstances have changed, therefore it is encumbent on you to change or, you can suffer the consequences.

Changing may mean having to do something that looked to you in the past as undesireable. Undesireable could be because of being misunderstood. If you understand today what Network Marketing means and can provide for you and your family, you would immediately grasp it.

Understanding change is important. For it is only when you understand what is happening that you could accept the opportunities that have been in front you all the time. But alas! Understanding that the change is here and that it is unavoidable may be the biggest challenge to be faced today. If you don't understand that change is here and inevitable, how could you change your attitude and outlook to accept the opportunities available to you.

Get ready, for change is coming. It always comes.
