Organic Skin Care is Just Marketing Unless You Find a Line Backed Up by Science

Some organic or natural skin care products are better than others. Some of them are marketed well enough, but are not supported by any clinical information that they do any good. Sounds great to hear about an extract taken from a rare tree in some jungle on the other side of the world that the locals have always known about and is now just discovered. But if there isn't any science to back it up, it's probably not what it claims to be.

Don't worry though, because there is organic skin care that is backed up by science. Clinical trials that show conclusively that skin can be restored to full health and that those pesky signs of aging can be significantly reduced. It's not in the packaging - it's all in the ingredients.

We've known for some time that keratin is a natural protein that is one of the basic building blocks of our skin. And many skin care products have this as a base ingredient. However most of them aren't truly organic because of the processing methods used to produce it.
