Organize A Jewelry Box For Easy Access

Jewelries are quite expensive accessories but are considered priceless by those who know how to appreciate them

. If you are a lover of these precious items yourself, you know full well that it takes a degree of effort to make sure they are safe always. One way to make this possible is by learning how to organize jewelries inside their storage box.

It is important that you familiarize yourself with your jewelry box. Knowing where various types of jewelry should be kept will make things easier for you. Jewelries are usually divided into two categories when it comes to size; the larger and the smaller pieces. It is understood that the larger jewelry pieces should be located in the large compartments while the smaller pieces in the small compartments.

The larger collection of jewelry that you have should be prioritized to save you some space. If most of your jewelry items are necklaces, allocate the largest space in the box for them. By doing this, you can save time from categorizing jewelry pieces. Furthermore, finish arranging the priority pieces first before you proceed with arranging the rest of the jewelries.

If you own a jewelry box that is unusually large, it is important that you place jewelries you regularly use at the front most partition. Or, if you have a drawer-type box with more than three levels, have the often-worn jewelries placed on the uppermost drawer. There is no point placing them at the far end of the box if you are using them every day since it will only cost you time to retrieve them.

Some jewelry pieces can be considered as delicate or fragile. These types of jewelry require extra care so when storing them, make sure you bag them first in a tiny purse designed to keep important jewelries like diamonds and pearls. Keeping them in a pouch before keeping them in the jewelry box will reduce their risk of getting scratched and damaged. Do the same thing with earrings as well. Before keeping them, make sure they have their pairs with them.

Jewelry boxes exist for one purpose, and that is to make sure all your jewelries are securely in place. Learn to develop a system that you can use to your advantage especially if your current setup is not helping you at all to save energy and time.
