The method as defined in claim 9 wherein, the making step is accomplished by placing
a casting material inside the hardened impression slippers wholesale and removing the hardened casting material from inside the hardened impression slipper by cuttingthe hardened impression slipper downwardly in the area of the heel and downwardly and anteriorly from the anterior or front margin of the opening of the slipper toward the area of the middle toe ending at the stitch line and bending the medial andlateral sides of the hardened slipper outwardly to release the hardened casting material.
