Ost File Corruption Post Anti-virus Upgrade
Problem in synchronization of the OST (Offline Storage Folder) file and Microsoft Exchange Server primarily arise when the OST file becomes corrupt

Cause:
The above error message in synchronization log appears when the OST file gets corrupted due to anti-virus upgradation.
