It indicated that the type is obsolete and further adds in defining about the handling by complier of source code. Compilation of the code is done by the warning is emitted. In another sense we can also say that it is treated for using the type or member as an error. Initial stage includes successful compilation but when you get an indication with warning message then it is obsolete. The second case, compilation is a total failure here.
